By enrolling in our yoga classes, you agree to the following *Terms & Conditions*. Please read this very carefully.
1. The classes are designed to support the well-being of both mother & the baby but are not a substitute for medical care.
2. Patient must be have clearance from their healthcare provider before joining the program.
3. Before starting, let the instructor know any of your complications or discomfort.
4. You agree to practice within your comfort level and follow your instructor properly.
5. Anytime you feel unwell, stop the activities and consult us or registered madical practitoner.
